I'm a fan of Wendy's so this isn't a review about their food, except in this case, the burger and fries I got at this location was way off the mark. Maybe they lost their burger making instructions and were going off memory or something but man, the food was bad. The burger and fries were cold. The service was great but if they can't make the food, there's really no point in me going back to this particular spot for when I get cravings for a Baconator. Parking: Shared lot Price: $ Wait: None

Wendy's is never our top choice for dining - but el kiddo wanted something chicken-y so we stopped in (dine in) and she got her "value menu" chicken sandwich with lettuce, mayo and bacon added (30 cents extra). Hubby got a few burgers that he ate sans bun. We all got 99 cent frosties. I tried the "new" bacon cheeseburger on a pretzel bun. What a horrific waste of calories. Bun was overbaked (dark brown and nearly black). Loaded with both sliced cheese and a nasty fake-cheese whiz-like sauce. Never again. Batherroms were moderately clean. Service was poor - order was worng the first time but corrected the second. Please was dead empty at 5:30 PM on a Sunday. Drive through had a line though. Creepy!

Poor customer service. A couple of things: Fries are served lukewarm; I called to advise them. My phone connection was bad, I informed the manager that I would call right back; the manager hung up on me seven times. Called back and complained. She had the nerve to say she had to get the customers through the drive thru...When I got home I checked my "Monterey Ranch Spicy chicken sandwich" the bacon was not cooked. I decided to "drive back" and went inside. They told me the wait for spicy chicken would be 20 minutes. Another customer came in about 10 minutes after me, ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches; we both had to wait, however, he received his two "spicy chicken" sandwiches "BEFORE" me. I was livid. I explained that what just happened should never have happened - poor customer service - The Manager never even came back to the front to apologize. Another issue with the manager, she told me that my fries were cold because of possibly the distance I had to travel - NOT! - they were served "LUKEWARM".....I live close by. Wendy's food is GREAT - however, the Customer Service at this location needs improvement

To start with, the lady working the front counter wasn't all that friendly. The cashier that actually took our order never even bothered to look up at us while we were giving him our order. The floors were a little dirty and could have used a vacuum. Some of the tables needed to be cleaned, but there were plenty of other tables for us to pick from. Also don't like the fact that the soda machines are behind the counter, so no self-service on refills. I've been to better Wendy locations.

The staff could do better. The staff is Not friend and straight to business and slightly unprofessional. They seem so unorganized and the do not maintain the eating area. The food is still okay and I love the nuggets even after the price increase.

Poor poor Wendy's, your burgers are delicious, your service is the worst I've ever encountered. It wasn't just my last trip where I spent 25 mins in line waiting for my order to be taken. It's been your history at this location, every six months or so I get the hankering for the food here and every six months the service gets worse.

Not sure what's going on with this Wendy's. I get that its Wendy's. Yes. I suffer no illusions about it being a hidden gem. I just wanted some nuggets to soothe the savage toddler and to get on with life. AWFUL. Pretty sure they refried yesterday's fries and tried to serve them to the Kid. They were somehow both cold and nuked. I wouldn't let her eat them. The nuggets seemed better (maybe they have reservations about recycling meat?). I also got the business about change. Apparently a $10 bill just isn't enough, they'd prefer if I carried around $4.34 in exact currency and/or let them keep the change. (Wendy's staff, I'm on to you, Cab Drivers in Philly try the same thing.) I was bummed. I LIKE Wendy's. I've defended Wendy's. I'll admit to a deep seated love affair with a bi-annual Spicy Chicken.... I just wouldn't get it here.
